Data deletion instructions

Bitcloud Technology Inc. (“Bitcloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides websites, applications, products, and services, including BestChat, SmartBot, and other services we may offer from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).

Users and business customers may request deletion of applicable personal information or other data processed through the Services, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of applicable data, please email privacy@bestchat.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account, business, integration, or data associated with your request. Please do not send sensitive information unless we specifically request it for verification purposes.

Verification

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity, your authority to make the request, or the account or data to which the request relates.

How We Process Requests

After we verify a valid deletion request, we will delete applicable Platform Data without undue delay and delete or anonymize other applicable personal information as appropriate, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

We may retain information where retention is required by applicable law or otherwise necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce applicable agreements, to the extent permitted by applicable requirements.

Business Customer Data

Where Bitcloud processes information on behalf of a business customer, that business customer may control the relevant information. In those circumstances, we may refer the request to the applicable business customer or work with that customer to respond to the request.

Business customers may also request deletion of applicable data associated with accounts or third-party integrations connected to the Services.
